AP Requirements on the RSO
--------------------------

General

- Delivery at 0, 3, 6, ... , 21 h UTC; independent of data dumps
- Period covered: 18 h up to delivery time
- 15 h overlap
- State vector density: 30 s, tbc for geomagnetic storms
